Scope
We examine selected trial evidence and explain our interpretation, including why we find particular defense explanations unpersuasive. Sections labeled Our interpretation belong to this publication, not to a witness or the court. The factual descriptions and material challenges remain visible. It is not the complete record of either trial. The June 18, 2025 verdict is part of the collection.
Our After the Verdict page follows later civil proceedings and accountability actions separately, with a review date and source limits for each update.
Attribution
Testimony is attributed to its speaker; interpretations are not rewritten as observed events. These summaries come from the supplied research chronology and linked reporting. A passage check does not authenticate an exhibit or certify a transcript.
Time
Recorded timestamps, estimates, and clock-adjusted interpretations remain labeled. Unknown events are not supplied to fill gaps.
Statements
Comparisons use attributed paraphrases. A different emphasis, reported recollection, or disputed attribution is not automatically a deliberate falsehood.
Corrections
If we have overlooked relevant information, we welcome corrections and source submissions through the separate contact form where available. Every submission requires review before publication. A downloaded correction note remains a local file. This collection is incomplete and will be updated as we check new information; editorial changes are listed in the change log.
Source material
Images are included only after a recorded source, context, and publication-rights review. Pending media and private originals are excluded. Full articles and videos are linked rather than rehosted. Archive IDs are navigation identifiers, not court exhibit numbers.
Contact the editorial desk provides email verification and submission privacy details. Contact may be unavailable until configured; downloaded correction notes remain local files.
