E22 / SOURCE-LINKED RECORD

Directions and arrival at Fairview

McCabe described giving O'Keefe directions and expecting him to join the gathering.

What the record shows

The reported phone evidence and McCabe's testimony describe contact during the trip from the Waterfall to Fairview.

McCabe described seeing the Lexus outside and sending parking and arrival messages. She testified that O'Keefe did not enter the house.

A separate 2024 exhibit lists suggested routes, distances and estimated travel times. We link it as route context only: it is not GPS history, proof of the route actually driven, or a verified arrival time.

Whiffin placed the phone's arrival outside Fairview at about 12:24 a.m. in the April 28 retrial reporting. This is distinct from the final recorded activity interval around 12:32 a.m. Location accuracy was challenged on cross-examination; neither time gives us a continuous view of John's movements or proves entry into the house.

Limits and disputed context

These observations are testimony, not a continuous entry-and-exit recording.
